Moncler was founded in Monestier-de-Clermont, Grenoble, France, in 1952 and is currently headquartered in Italy. Moncler's outerwear collections combine the extreme demands of nature with those of urban life. In 2003, Remo Ruffini took over the company, currently serving as its President and CEO. Moncler manufactures and distributes clothing and accessories collections directly under the Moncler brand, through its boutiques and in exclusive international department stores and multi-brand outlets. Launched in 2000, the Moncler Enfant line is a complete collection dedicated to boys and girls aged 0 to 14, primarily inspired by Moncler's men's and women's collections.
