You have 14 days from receipt of the product to request a return (at your expense). To be eligible for return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and with the Kidstorie tag attached.
To do this, all you have to do is send us an e-mail to hello@kidstorie.com! Our customer service will inform you of the procedure to follow and the address to which to send the article. As soon as Kidstorie receives the item, you will then be refunded for your purchase.
